Counseling Services

Welcome to Soulset Counseling, where we offer a supportive, confidential space to slow down, understand what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools for change. Using a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach, we work together to identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or feeling stuck during a life transition, you don’t have to manage it alone. Therapy at Soulset Counseling is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity, resilience, and confidence.

Personal Life

Jessica was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has called Oregon home for nearly two decades. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, often hiking, camping, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

After becoming a mother, Jessica completed meditation teacher training, an experience that meaningfully shaped her perspective on self-awareness, balance, and resilience. Outside of her work, she enjoys reading, traveling, live music, and a good board game.
